Dear Family,
Kathy was a young high schooler when Nancy and I moved to Asheville in 1969. It has been our privilege to know her and the Webb family across the years. Kathy and I had talked a couple of times and prayed together via phone during the past couple of weeks.
While we are saddened by her passing, we are thankful that she is free of pain. Be assured of our love and our prayers for you all. I am sorry that I am unable to be with you as you greet friends. God bless! Ronnie Owen, Former pastor at Mount Carmel.
