Edith Crisp Middleton, 103, passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.

A native of Robbinsville, NC, Edith was a daughter of the late Jesse and Mary Jenkins Crisp. She was also preceded in death by her seven siblings.

Mrs. Middleton is survived by her daughter, Evelyn Carter (Richard “Edward” Carter), and other family members.

The graveside service for Mrs. Middleton will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at Green Hills Cemetery. Pastor Chad Ellege, Leicester Baptist Church, will officiate.

Groce Funeral Home on Patton Ave. is assisting the family.
