  1. Ethel and Richard,
Willie and I were saddened to learn of Dick’s passing.
Please accept our deepest sympathy in this moment of loss.

    Willie and Bob Headley

  2. Dear Hudson Family:
I just wanted to pass on my condolences in your loss! Because I am now teaching at WCU and have a place out there, I did not know until reading today’s paper that Dick had gone to be with the LORD.
I don’t know if you knew this or not, but my father {who died back in 2001 of cancer around this time of year) had also attended Lanier High School in Macon, Georgia. I think that was in great part why Dad thought highly of Dick. I know he will be sorely missed.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do. I get back this way frequently and plan to continue to do so as long as my own G’mother is still out at Highland Farms.
Meanwhile, may GOD bless you in this time of loss and give you his
peace which passes beyond all understanding!!!!
    Sincerely yours – Mark Crawford
