We first met Brenda in her professional capacity… Her smile was so genuine and sweet a person just knew they were in excellent hands.
Brenda will certainly be missed by all those who were fortunate enough to have met her.
Our sincere condolences to her family and friends.
We take the moment today to reflect on the blessing that Brenda was to us. What a wonderful friend and such an example of a great christian woman. We will miss her dearly as I know that all of her family will also.

My heart is sadden to hear of your loss. I knew Brenda thru the dental profession. Her smiling face everyday made our day. I lost a sister 3 yrs ago from non-hodgkins and she had a stem cell. Because of their faith in GOD we know now that they have been healed. She was so proud of her family. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
I had the unique and wonderful privilege of ministering to Brenda and her husband and daughters while she was a patient at Duke Hospital in the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit. I prayed with her the day before she received her transplants, during her battle to recover from the procedures, and witnessed on a daily basis, her valiant, courageous and faith-filled fight until she passed away. She was an inspiration to all the health care professionals who cared for her. Our deepest sympathies are extended to Lee, Michelle and Stephanie and all of her family and friends. She will not be forgotten.
I am truly sorry for your loss. Brenda was a very special person. Her smile could light up a room. Brenda will be missed by many, and never forgotten.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family, during their time of sorrow.
I know this is a sad time for all those who new Brenda or ‘Jackie’ and we can’t say that it will get easier, but as long as you keep her close to your heart and share the happy memories you will want to laugh most of the time.Jackie to us always made us laugh with her cuttin up,or just acting silly, the first time i ever met her jackie, meriea, willie, and I was going to a concert and it started snowing hard so we decided we better get home but not jackie she still wanted to go she said who cares if we get snowed in we will have music anyway. She was fun to be around smiling most of the time, but she was someone anyone could talk to and she would help anyone she could.Jackie will always be missed and loved until the day we can go see her again, and this time pain free healthy and well laughing and cuttin up. Here’s a scripture i read that i think would help us all ‘For i am the Lord your God,Who holds your right hand and say’s to you”Do not be afraid I will help you’ Isaiah 41:13
This is so true let him take your hand and he will help you through this hard time as well as make you strong. Remeber girls we are here if you need anything please call your aunt Mary.We love you and remeber ‘Mamma’ is beside you everyday!
