  2. Doug, Carolyn, Shelly, and Arthur, I was so sorry to hear of Helen’s passing. You know that I understand the mixed emotions of letting go when one has been so ill. I’m thinking of you all and praying for your comfort during this time. May God be very real to you always, but especially right now. Love, Deana

  4. Dear Arthur and Doug:
I was so sad to learn that you
have lost dear Helen. My father was so very fond of his Asheville relatives as was my mother and I. Helen was indeed most thoughtful. I have kept all the cards and notes she had sent over the years. I know you will miss her deeply but you have a treasure of memories that will live in your hearts forever. Please know my thought are with you.
    Warmest regards,
    Phyllis McDonald

  5. Dear Ledford Family,
We always loved Helen, and we want you to know that we will always remember her love and giving heart. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
    Helen Saunders and Family

  6. Helen was one of the most caring and pleasent people to talk with. She suffered for a long time with the Alzheimers. She is much better now, talking God’s ears off. My condolences to Arthur and especially Doug and his wife. They have really done their best for Helen and Arthur.
