Elaine, I was so shocked to hear about Charles, I have thought of you both through the years and all the good times we use to have in school and out, I tried so hard to contact you and Charles when Lois passed. I didn`t know if Lois had been sick for a while, but Jerry told me a while back that it was her age. My heart goes out to you and your children may God be with you as you go through this time of sorrow.

Elaine,
Cecil and I both are saddened by Charles death. He was such a good friend growing up. The many good times that we had at school and chruch are still vidid. During our adult years he talked so loving about his family. He loved all of you so much. Charles will be missed by so many. Yet, the memories can not be erased. He is with God and we can glorify in that and know he is well. Cecil and I both pray peace and comfort for you and the children.
God bless you,
Evelyn and Cecil Arthur

Elaine and family, Know that our prayers and thoughts are with you all during this very difficult time. Charlie was always a good friend to us and especially our children. We will always remember his many kindnesses. God bless!
Mr. Dumas was my teacher in the 7th Grade at Hiwassee Dam. It was his first year out of college and we (the students) were surprised at the time and care he took to understand, teach and help us grow. He served after school and encouraged us to get involved in Scouts and other activities. His time and dedication is deeply appreciated and remembered still today.
Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss.
