David “Buddy” Hart
Arden ~ David George “Buddy” Hart, 74, of Arden, died Wednesday, April 4, 2007, at Memorial Campus of Mission Hospitals.
He was a son of Katie Lee Baldwin Hart of Arden and the late Houson Thomas Hart.
Buddy was a United States Air Force veteran and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sons; David A. ”Tony” Hart of Fletcher and Donnie L. Hart of Edneyville; a daughter, Katy H. Crain of Candler; three brothers , Tom Hart of Charleston, SC, Albert and Gary Hart both of Arden; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, April 7, 2007 at Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian on Long Shoals Road.
Memorials may be made in Buddys’ memory to the American Lung Association, PO Box 27985 Raleigh, NC 27611-7985.

Buddy and I created some great memories growing up in Arden before he went into the Air Force. He was like a ‘big brother’. I remember once he took me to Asheville to see the WWII movie Battleground. He will truly be missed
I work with David at mission hospital and he was a real good frind.
