  6. Dear George,

So sorry to hear about the passing
of your father. I guess I’ve met
him, but it was probably at your’s
    and Debbie’s wedding?

I hope he was not in any pain when he died.

I am positive he was a fine father.

I wish I had more comforting words.

    There really are none.

For there is really no emotional preparation which can be made for an event such as this.

Tony stated it best to me at my own
father’s funeral. ‘It’s like learning to swim from a book. You’ve got to get in the water first.’

Just know that my thoughts are with you.

    Terry

  7. Dear Aunt Sarah and Family:
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this very sad time. I am so thankful Uncle Buck was a Christian. It is comforting to know that he is in God’s hands now and has been completly healed. I know you have many wonderful memories of life with Uncle Buck. He sure was special to our family and we will miss him.
He was so faithful to call my dad every day just to check on him and visit on the phone. Dad looked forward to those calls. Please know that we love you and I know God will give you an extra measure of comfort and strength during this time.

    Love,
    Joel & Jeanne

  8. Dear Aunt Shorty, Tommy, George and Dale,

Even though we are not physically able to be there, we send hugs. We can be glad that Uncle Buck will never suffer pain again. Your Dad was one of the best! A tall tree in the forest has fallen, but he has left behind so much wisdom for us seedlings. I am blessed to have had such an Uncle.

    With love,
    Nita

  9. God lost one of his good friends and so did I. Remember the Christian hope: Those who have been in our past will also be in our future. Love to all.

  10. Our condolences of course, but feel
lucky that he lived this long – my father died at 52. Sorry this happened so soon after making the big change in their living arrangements.
Our best wishes for you and all the
    family.

  11. Jason and I were saddened to learn of Uncle Buck’s passing. He was a hard-working, kind and loving man, and a true gentleman. Our deepest prayers are with you all at this time of sorrow. May you find comfort in knowing he is now at peace with our Heavenly Father.

    Love,
    Sue and Jason

  12. Dear Sarah & Family, Please accept our sympathy at this sad time. We regret that we will be unable to attend the service for Buck. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. We know that you will find comfort in the knowledge that he is now in a place of eternal joy. Sincerely, Emerson & Wanda English and Joyce & Bruce Crawford
