  2. We would like to send our deepest sympathy to the Garner family and know that our Prayers and thoughts are with you on this sad day.

  3. We are so sorry to hear of Mrs. Garner’s death. Although, her suffering on earth is over and she is in a MUCH better place, she will be missed. Stan, you and Diane are to be commended for your dedication in making her last days as comfortable as possible. That don’t releive the loss of a mother, but you know you were there for her.

May God bless your family and may His consoling presence be with you now and in the coming days.

  5. Mrs. Garner was such a special person and we will miss her so much. Walter and I were really lucky to have had her as a neighbor and a friend. She loved her family so much and I can’t remember any time that I talked to her that she didn’t express her love for them in some way.

  6. Dear Stan, Diane and Lindsay,
We are so sorry to hear about the untimely passing of your Mother and Grandmother.
Diane was telling me about your happy Thanksgiving and how well Mrs. Garner seemed. She even liked South Carolina football. How wonderful that she was happy to the very end!
We are sure she is at peace now and with all of the loved ones that went before her.
You are in our thougths and prayers.
    With much love and sympathy,
Dave, Cindy, Cally and Shelley Allen

Take care & we’ll see you soon. Love, Danny & Susan

  9. Dear Vicki and Stan – I am so sorry for your loss. I remember growing up next door to you ,and your Mom always made ‘homemade’cookies and had us @ Lake Greenwood. She was a great lady and good friend to my Mom. I bet they are ‘neighbors’ again. My thoughts and prayers are with you – Laura Durham Chapman

  10. Vicki, we just learned this morning about your mother’s passing and we are so very sorry. We’ll certainly miss her warm smile and friendly words at Mt. Zion.
