RUTH WARREN MINNICH Ruth Marie Warren Minnich, 83, of 6 Mountain Brook Road, Asheville, died Sunday, July 27, 2008, at the John F. Keever, Jr., Hospice Solace Center. Mrs. Minnich was born in Hazelton, PA, and was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond S. and Mary Rinker Warren, and by her husband, Nevin Minnich, who died in 1980. Mrs. Minnich will be remembered as one who was loved by all who knew her. She touched many lives in a beautiful way. The funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Patricia Mouer officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 219 Chunn's Cove Road, Asheville, NC 28805. Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue is assisting with the arrangements.
