LEGIE McFEE KELLY Legie McFee Kelly, 77, of 24 Oak Hill Road, Candler, died Sunday, August 10, 2003. Mrs. Kelly was born in Buncombe County and was a daughter of the late John and Ethel Rash McFee. She was a retired waitress and was associated with the Beacon Restaurant and the City Hall Coffee Shop. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Boykin W. Kelly, Jr.; a daughter, Ann Sas and her husband Rudie of Duluth, GA; a son, Larry Kelly of Asheville; a grandson, Jacob Kelly, currently serving in Korea with the US Army; a sister, Emily Jamison of Candler; a brother, Thurman McFee of Candler, and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be at 11:00 am Wednesday at Pisgah View Memorial Park with the Rev. Furman Wilson officiating. Her family will receive friends from 7 - 8:30 pm Tuesday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.
