My mother was Mary Alice Jones, and Geneva was Mama’s very special friend and thus became mine. I shall always be grateful for her and for the companionship and friendship that she and Mama shared. She was like a part of our family, and I always looked forward to seeing her when I visited Mama. They had many adventures together, and I am certain that Mama was waiting to welcome her to the end of her journey. She has been reunited with her friends and family. I love you, Geneva!

Dear Betty, Gene and Family:
I was saddened to hear of Mrs. Duckett’s passing ‒ she was without a doubt a beautiful person as well as an example and model of how we should all try to live our lives.
Although I never had the pleasure of knowing her very well, I felt as though I did through Melinda and her fond memories of her “Mama Duck.â€
I will continue to hold you in my thoughts and prayers, and rest assured that Mama Duck with her beloved Calvin dwell in His perpetual light now and forever.
Love,
Chip
Melisa,
I know you will always miss your ‘Mama Duck’. Remember that she still loves you, she’s just moved on to Heaven to reunite with Calvin and her other family members who love her as much as you. Treasure the many beautiful memories you have and pass them on to Maisey. You, Michael, Mike and Margaret, are close at heart and in my prayers.
