I worked with OPHELIA for many years at the NCDC, she was a very nice, friendly, and helpful person any time we came into contact with each other!
MAY GOD BE WITH HER AND HER FAMILY!
Ophelia was a First Class Lady in every sense of the word. She will be missed by all her high school classmates.
She was a wonderful person I worked with her, she always had a smile on her face. I know she will be missed.
