Laurel J. Wilhelm

Laurel J. Wilhelm, 47, of Linden Street, Arden, died Friday, April 24, 2009 at the John F. Keever Hospice Solace Center. A native of Dade Co., Florida, she was the daughter of the late Joyce Pointer. Laurel was a member of Abiding Savior Lutheran Church. She is survived by her husband, Mike Wilhelm; daughter, Jessica Wilhelm; her father and step-mother, Alex and Laura Moody of Apalachicola, FL; sister, Cheryl Darnell and her husband, Larry, of Birmingham, AL; brother, Richard Moody and his wife, Doreen, of Orlando, FL and a step-brother, Marc Yockel of Atlanta, GA. A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Saturday at the Fletcher United Methodist Church conducted by Pastor Steve Combs. The family will receive friends following the service in the fellowship hall.
