  1. Dear Jolene and Sam.
I am sad to learn of the news of your Mother.s passing.
I know she had been in such ill health for some time and I haven’t
been in touch for a while but it
    didn’t mean I had forgotten .
I remember the great times we used
to share before we moved to Fla., and often visited with your parents when we came back to see
    the family and friends.
There were only two couples left in our group. your parents, Don and I . Now that leaves only me
You know Mary and I worked together for three years at Teague’s and after we both went to other jobs we kept in touch. Jolene you and your Mom visited us twice I think it was after we moved to Fla.
We had great times through the years. Maybe you remember our Saturday night dinners and then watching the late movie.
I am the only one left of our group
and I had my 86th birthday on Aug. 7th
I lost Betty (my sister) Margaret , my daughter, three months laater Bobby and two years after Margaret died Don died.
All of them went in three years and ten months, but God has given me the Grace and strength to keep
trusting in Him and go day by day.
He will do the same for you all and know you will be in my prayers and thoughts
