Cecile Allen Manley

She was a former resident of Asheville and was married to the late Francis Jack Manley.  She was also preceded in death by a sister, Annie Waggoner.  Cecile worked for the US Government for 10 years following the depression, and was an artist and a homemaker.

She is survived by a daughter, Marianne Granoff and her husband, Michael Wheeler;  a son, Thomas J. Manley and his wife Elizabeth;  sisters, Bertice Noill and Vera Roberts;   and grandchildren, Louis J. Granoff, Robyne C. Granoff, Gabriel T. Wheeler, Thomas Maxwell Manley, and Jack Evans Manley, and a great-granddaughter, Sarah Brooke Granoff.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 pm Sunday at Ashelawn Gardens of Memory, Asheville, NC.
