Stella Chandler Hunsinger

Mrs. Hunsinger was a native of Madison County, was a daughter of the late Mose and Lula Briggs Chandler, and was married to the late Moody M.
Hunsinger.  She was also preceded in death by a son, Paul Hunsinger, who died March 13, 1986.  She was a grocery store owner and operator.

Surviving are two sisters, Ida C. Briggs and Alice Belle Eatman of Mars Hill;  three grandchildren, Bruce Hunsinger of Swannanoa and Carolyn Bishop and Debra Banks of Asheville;  one great-grandchild and two great-great-grandchildren.Graveside services will be 11:00 am Wednesday at West Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. James Lamb officiating.

Her family will receive friends from 7 - 8:00 pm Tuesday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.
