Nell Jones Allison

Asheville ~ Nell Jones Allison, 71, of Riceville Road, passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at her residence. She was a native of Buncombe County and was the daughter of the late Henry Franklin Jones and Carrie Bailey Jones. She retired after 45 years with Kearfott guidance and navigation. She is survived by two daughters, Sheila Allison and Lynette Allison; three grandchildren, Tonya Smith, Evan Allison and Dillen Allison; one great grandchild, Luke Smith; three sisters, Eunice Willett, Jayne Porter, and Faye Rogers; three brothers, Henry Franklin Jones, Jr., Donald and William Jones. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Groce Funeral Home East Asheville on Tunnel Road is in charge of arrangements.
