SUSIE WAS A SWEET, AND BEAUTIFUL PERSON. SHE WILL BE MISSED. GOD BE WITH YOU ALL AT THIS TIME.
Susie was the first friend we made when we moved to Asheville- She made us feel welcome and was a special friend and neighbor! We’ll miss our ‘over the back fence’ conversations with her!
Jill,
My heart goes out to you in the loss of your precious Mother. Susie was a warm and caring person with a smile for everyone. She had a heart for the elderly and through her love for animals gave many a home.
I am blessed to have been her friend and I have so many great memories of the good times we had, especially our Florida vacation. Rest in peace sweet friend until we meet again.
Jill,
My heart goes out to you in the loss of your mother. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. I love you

Jill, may you find comfort knowing that Susie is no longer suffering. I pray for the pain you feel in losing her will quickly be replaced with wonderful memories of the life you shared.

Susie was a customer of mine when I worked at a bank on Hendersonville Rd….she was a one of a kind lady. We both shared a love for animals and I could always count on her having a smile on her face and a funny animal story to tell. My thoughts and prayers are with her family at this time.
Sorry to hear of your mothers passing Jill. I worked with her at Eaton for 11 years. She will be fondly remembered.
Jill: I worked with your mother for all the years she was at Cutler-Hammer. She was one sweet, beautiful lady. I’m thankful I had the honor of knowing her.
I was so shocked to hear of Susie’s death. I knew her as Susie Davis, she was a frequent customer at Dinner For The Earth/Earth Fare and I remember her so fondly. With a dry sense of humor, she had a unique perspective on the quirks and idiosyncrasies of human behavior at its best and worst! She had a lot of wisdom too, besides physically being a stunning beauty, the kind of exotic and hypnotic beauty you would see in those women in Sean Conery’s James Bond films of the sixties.Yet, despite this, she was humble, with her soft, velvety voice, she would tell you stories of all kinds, she would share her marvellous insights into human nature. I will miss her, I’m sory and stunned about her passing, I wish I had known much earlier, would loved to have comforted her in any way I could, I hope she did not suffer. I will miss her, and I remember her with utmost fondness. Susie, was and always will be, special to me. She always treated me so well, she appreciated humor and just being plain silly at times. I will remember her so well. Eric Hedberg.
Jill, Susie was a dear friend. We worked together at Eaton for 20 years and she could always make me laugh with her sense of humor. The last time I saw her was about 2 year ago and the last thing she said to me was ‘I love you girl.’ Susie, I love you girl. Rest in peace.
Much Sympathy to Jill and all the Family. Another one of our Eaton., Cutler-Hammer Family members have left us with many precious memories.
I loved Susie from many years ago; and I am filled with sorrow and regret. Jill, may all your memories keep you smiling.

Jill-
Although I haven’t seen Susie in more than 25 years when we worked together at Cutler Hammer, I remember her as a wonderful person, with whom I shared many laughs. She was my ally in alternative healing. Anyone that met Susie cannot forget her. I am so sorry for your loss.
