Robert N. Watson died on Friday, May 27, 2011, at his home.
Mr. Watson was a son of the late Neil and Kate Watson. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Clyde Watson.
Mr. Watson had retired from BASF.
He is survived by his wife Brenda, daughter, Tammy Nix and husband Chris; son, Alan; grandchildren, River and Cheyenne; sisters, Joan Lunsford, and Jeannie Nelms; and brothers, George "Babe" and Claude.
A gathering of Mr. Watson's family and friends will be Tuesday evening at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Ave.

We were sorry to learn of Robert’s death and extend our sympathy to Brenda and all family members. He was a valued friend and family memeber. We know he will be greatly missed.
Tammy & Allen guys im so sorry to hear of your loss i loved your dad he was family to me even tho were not blood family ya kno but family all the same . Always have been always will be .
