Catherine Rhodis Roberson, 77, of 791 Upper Glady Fork Road, Candler, died Friday, May 24, 2002, at a local hospital.
A native of Lacon, IL, she was a daughter of the late James and Ruth Rhodis. She was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Grady Roberson, Sr.; a daughter, Cathy Joe Grinolds of Turlock, CA; two sons, Grady Roberson, Jr. of Candler and Arlington Ray Roberson of Rockford, IL; a half brother, Seibert Donaldson of Varna, IL; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am Monday in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home with the Revs. Bobby Winebarger and Bennie Wade officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends 7-8:30 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
