Thank you, Reba. These events – the deaths of those most dear to us – seem to be difficult during this part of our lives but if it were not for these times, we would never know and understand the “real peace” that comes from within us, where Christ actually lives and moves in our spirit-life. You are a blessing to us, and to so many other people. Keep trusting in God’s plan; He will never leave you and He will never forsake you! Mike & Nancy
He was a wonderful man. I enjoyed my years working with him. I’m sorry for your loss. Danny Lanning
Thank you, Danny Lanning.
I know Jack was ready to meet Jesus and I am happy for him but sooo sorry for Marilyn who has lost her soulmate. I can only imagine the chaos in heaven that he and his brothers and sisters are causing and truly enjoying. Hallelujah!!!
Thank you, Aunt Lynne. I can only imagine!
I know Jack was ready to meet Jesus and I am happy for him but saddened for Marilyn who has lost her soulmate. Jack is with his brothers and sisters causing a lot of chaos and enjoying every minute. God Bless his family.
Thank you, Tom Hill.
I knew Uncle Jack and Aunt Marilyn through my husband Gregg primarily, as well as other friends I met TTU. They influenced so many including my husband to come to Christ. Gregg was one of the ones Tom Hill just mentioned above.. I am happy for Uncle Jack, but grieve with those left behind, especially Aunt Marilyn. It is true that we do not grieve like those who have no hope. Prayers for peace and comfort at this time.
Thank you, Sherry. We truly do not grieve as those who have no hope!
Mike,
So sorry to read about your father’s passing. We extend our deepest sympathy to you, your mom and
family.
Judy Ward
Thank you, Judy Ward, for the words of kindness and encouragement. He had been wanting to “go home” for several years. A couple of days before his death, he told the nurse in the “CCP (covid) virus” unit, “My anniversary is August 14th.” He seemed to have waited for the morning of that day to move from this earth life into the “spirit life” presence of the Lord.
May God grant comfort to you all during this time of grief. He died on my birthday as well as his anniversary. What precious memories of Jack, Marilyn and all the children. May how the family has extended. I thank the Lord for the impact made on my own life to have known Jack. God bless you all!
Thank you, Johnsie (Haynes) Salyers.
Marilyn, Mike, Nancy and family:
Thomas and I were honored to know and serve your parents and your family. I’m so sorry it has taken so long for us to hear of Jack’s passing. From the start he reminded me of my Dad in Texas so he held a very special place in heart. We send our thoughts, prayers and love to you all.
