Arden – Andrea “Cristin” Baker, 35, of Arden, died unexpectedly Saturday, January 18, 2020 at her residence.

A native of Macon County, she was a daughter of Jane Patterson of Arden and of the late William C. Patterson.
Cristin was an assistant teacher with the PEP (Progressive Education Program) at T.C. Roberson.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Nicholas Baker and her two daughters, Abigail and Adaline Baker.

A Celebration of Cristin’s Life will be held at a future date.

In lieu of flowers, her family asks that you consider making a contribution in Cristin’s memory to the GoFundMe page for Abigail and Adaline Baker that has been set up by their grandmother, Jane Patterson.

  4. I enjoyed working and chatting with my dear friend. Her love for the kids in our program was undeniable. She was my shoulder to cry on many times and I was for her. She is missed❤️

  10. Jane, I am so heartbroken to hear of Cristin’s passing. I loved her dearly and was so grateful that I was allowed to be part of her life when we worked together. She was such a bright light and I know she was a fabulous mom.
