Beatrice McRae

A native of Lodi, New York, she was a daughter of the late George and Orlene Cox Crisfield. She was also preceded in death by her husband Dr. Cameron McRae in 1992 and by her sister Gladys Crisfield. Mrs. McRae was a Genealogist and taught school in Calypso, NC and in Weeksville, NC before he marriage. She was a member of D.A.R.; Cane Creek Home Extension Club and Calvary Episcopal Church.

She is survived by her daughter Sally McCracken of Fairview; four grandchildren and six great- grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday at Calvary Episcopal Church with the Reverend Charles M. Furlow III officiating.
