Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Sending love and prayers to the family. We worked together at West Buncombe and she for sure loved the children and always had a helping hand.. truly will be missed by all!

  2. Oh Michelle, you will be missed by many of us who were able to share such wonderful memories. In the midst of all you went through, resilience, perseverance, courage and faith were your strongholds. At the end, faith in the Lord was your focused and what a beautiful reward it is to be next to our Lord God Almighty! You won the battle my friend!

    • Michelle,
You helped my family so much. You brought so much joy to my son and you cared about us as a family so in turn you became our family. We just spoke a few days ago about how much she couldn’t wait to see her kids! You are an amazing soul. We will miss you big in our house. Eli and Rowan say they love you and and they will miss your morning hugs in car rider line.

  3. Worked with Missy at West Buncombe. She was truly a blessing to be around and a guiding light to the children that she taught each day. Praying for comfort and peace for Missy’s family.

  4. I met Missy while working at West Buncombe, she was a hard worker and always ready to help if needed. She loved those kids and had a desire to help the ones that needed extra help to learn to read and understand. She was eager to work with them and always made learning fun.
After I retired and had some medical issues, I needed some help with my elderly mom. She helped with the house and some cooking. During that time my mom and Missy developed a friendship. Missy called her “Mom” and was so sweet to her. She would make the best fried squash you ever ate because my mom loved it so. Yes, she will be missed.

  5. My memories of this precious young lady are many. She was a member of our family by marriage when her Uncle Rex married my Sister, Barbara. She and her husband Lonnie spent holidays and lots of dinners at Rex and Barbara’s. Her kindness and love for her family was always evident. She will truly be missed.

  6. Anyone who crossed Missy’s path was sure to walk away with a full heart and full stomach. She was always making sure everyone around her was okay. She is so extremely missed by the kids she loved and cared for every day in our classroom. She deserves a special place in heaven ✨

  7. We will see you again someday my dear sweet friend….we lost you but Heaven gained you!

    With love,
    Harvey, Roseann, and Heather…
