I know all the grand children will miss his love and the fun he brought into their lives. He was a gentle man but strong man who loved life. Our family will always cherish the fun times we had with Carroll, Pat, Laura Jean and Lisa. May God bless him and the family.

  11. I am so sad and sorry that I did not get to see Carroll while he was living in M.B. We send our love and prayers to each of you, his family. I enjoyed so much talking with Carroll while he was living down here. I was going to call him for that lunch he promised me when Dottie came down. Jim took a church in Tabor City, N.C. We moved and I did not realize Carroll had moved back home. For those of you who don’t know me, I am Willie Ballard’s daughter. Uncle Clarence and Aunt Jean were also very precious to me. Linda and Clarence Jr., I send my love and prayers, also. I wish I could be there in person, but my thoughts and prayers will be there for each of you. May God comfort and hold each of you close as you face each new day. We hold that promise dear to us that we will see our loved ones again as Jesus promised. Our Love to each of you, Jim & Kay Ponder
