With Much Love,
When I lived next door to Cricket we liked to get together on his porch in the evenings and talk for an hour or two about GOD and Church and many other things in life and we were always borrowing each others tools. He was a really good friend. When we moved to Weaverville he came over to tell us good bye and we were all sad to part.I hadnt seen him much lately but we knew we were there for each other just a phone call away.He will be greatly missed. Randy,
I know you are hurting right now, and words can’t heal the pain that this loss brings. I do want to let you know that I thought a LOT of your Dad, and he will be missed by many. Cricket was a great person. I was reminded yesterday of what your Dad was greeted with when he left this place, and that was ‘Well Done…MY Good and Faithful Servant’. He will be greatly missed.

Randy and Family,
Just wanted to extend my condolences on the loss of ‘Cricket’ He was always a kind and gentle person as I remember in the years that I attended Mt. Zion as a child. It doesn’t seem the same without the special people that we grew up around. I am thinking about you, Jo and everyone that his life touched. Prayers are with you….Mary
Randy and family: Death leaves a heartache thats hard to heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal. You all are in our prayers and thoughts. Your dad was my uncle, but I thought of him as my 2nd dad.
I thank God he was a ‘SPECIAL’ person in my life. He was always there if we ever needed him, sometimes just to talk to, sometimes for advice. I know him and Jo had some precious times together. I know one day we will see him again. Love to all
