Guestbook

  1. When I think of Celia I see that ever present twinkle in her eye. She was always so pleasant to be around.
She loved her annual trips to the beach with her lifelong girlfriends. I will miss her very much.

  2. Celia was so kind, sweet, humble, and a loving person. I have been friends with Celia since I started going to Abernethy UMC in 1985. I valued her friendship and admired and loved Celia very much. Rest in peace my friend.

  3. Celia was one of the people I always loved seeing whenever I went to Abernethy. She was such a sweet, kind, humble, caring lady who made everyone she spoke to feel special. She was such a wonderful friend to my parents, RB and Pat Moore, and my aunt Phyllis Bowen Reynolds. Upon graduating college as an education major, I enjoyed many conversations with her about working in Buncombe County Schools. She was a special lady with a bright smile. She will be missed by all who knew her.
