Charles Case Jr

Charles Case, Jr., 95 years of age, born March 15th, 1930, went home to be with the Lord on May 13th, 2025. He passed peacefully at home.

He was a lifelong resident of Buncombe County, NC. He was an avid hunter and gardener. He worked at Biltmore Dairy for 38 years, and then at Milco for 10 years, and then retired in 1995.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ava Lee Ingle Case, one daughter, Deborah Case Shepard, and his father and mother, Charles and Effie Case.

Mr. Case is survived by his children, Marsha Case DeBruhl and her husband Larry, Diane Case Swaringen, Philip Case, Shawn Case and his wife Teresa, Mark Case and his wife Marie, Lisa Case Baldwin and her husband Jack, and Eric Case and his wife Krissy; 16 grandchildren, Kristy, Danny, Jeremy, Lori, Dwayne, Rachel, Natalie, Nicole, Alysia, Adam, Chad, Gregory, Jessica, Heather, Christian and Charlstyn; 20 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, May 19 in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Candler.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, beginning at 11:00 a.m. Monday.
