Cloe Bryson Bevill

Cloe Bryson Bevill, 80, of Asheville, passed away Monday, April 22, 2024.

Born May 16, 1943 in Jackson Co., Cloe was a daughter of the late Walter Allen Bryson and Sallie Underwood Bryson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Duane Bevill, son, Dale Green, sisters, Geneva Hooper, Juanita Brewer and Emma Villella, and brothers, Ralph and Herbert Bryson.

Mrs. Bevill retired from Continental Teves, and attended Trinity Baptist Church of Asheville.

She is survived by her daughter, Lynn Greene (Shane); son, Matthew Green; daughter-in-law, Tonya Green; grandchildren, Kasey Hollingsworth, Avery Hollingsworth (Samantha), Karissa Conner (Cody), Levi Green (Sydney), Chloe Greene and Paige Greene; great-grandchildren, Brixton Green and Lakelyn Conner; a sister, Mamie Peeler; a brother, Hayes Bryson (Maybelle); and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 27 in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home, with Pastor Allen Rash officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brother Wolf.
