Connie Mae Rose, 74, formerly of West Palm Beach, FL, most recently of Canton, NC died Saturday, February 23, 2008, at Memorial Campus Mission Hospitals.
A native of Effingham, IL, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Opal Bailey.
Ms. Rose retired as the personnel manager from a private security firm, Wackenhut.
Ms. Rose is survived by her daughters, Marcia Barraza and husband Efren, of Leicester, Trudie Rose, of Alaska, Melanie Seppala, of West Palm Beach, FL, and Tonia Jackson, of Loxahatchee, FL; son, Matthew Rose, of Bethel, NC; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 4:00 p.m. Saturday at the Groce Funeral Home chapel on Patton Ave.
Her family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
