Bob and I are keeping y’all in our prayers as you suffer the heartache of the passing of your husband, father and grandfather. Life tries to prepare us in loosing our parents but when it happens, it still regardless of time and reason, strikes us to our core. I wish you and your family peace in knowing that he is in peace. My thoughts and sorrow to all.
Oh Ann I am so sorry. My thoughts are with you and my heart is heavy. I really did not know your father but, I know you well, so I am sure he was a man of great integrity, compassion and strength! May he rest peacefully in the Arms of the Angels and continue to sprinkle your world with his undying love. You were a pillar of strength for your father and I am sure he was soooooo proud of his Annie. I love you my friend be well Patti f.
Terrie and Family,
So sorry to see that Don has passed away. What a joy he was to talk to and get to know during the time I did Terrie’s hair. I know he will be greatly missed.
will certainly be keeping you in my prayers.
My memories of my ‘Uncle Don’ are of a happy, loving, generous family man. I am certain he influenced many during his long life. That is his legacy. A celebration of his life is very fitting! Thoughts and prayers are with the family.
Mrs. Blaser, When I saw Mr. Blaser passed, a warm part in my heart was touched remembering the kindness you both gave to our area before moving to Asheville. I sold Mr. and Mrs. Blaser their home in Whittier, and sold it for them when they moved to Asheville. The Blasers would stop by our office, Varner Real Estate, to visit when in Bryson City to work at the community food pantry, and we came to know their selflessness. I think Swain County was richer for their being here, and hope they both had fond memories of living in Whittier, and the people here.
Ann…I’ll keep you and all of your family in my prayers. I’m so sorry for your loss! I’m always here if you need anything at all.
