Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I want to send our my condolences to Dick and the rest of Dot’s family. I got to know Dot through the cardiac rehab at Park Ridge Health. I always enjoyed ‘kidding’ around with Dot. She had such a great personalily. I am so glad that I was able to be part of her life.

  2. Hello to Karen and JD and families and our condolences on your mom’s passing. My memories of Dorothy are of a beautiful young woman who loved to laugh and was always so much fun to be around.
I see in the article you have 5 children and some grandchildren in your two families. What fun!
I wish we were close enough to attend the funeral services. We’ll be thinking of you all!
    June and Joyce

  3. We, in Cardic Therapy at Park Ridge are sorry to lose you. We remember our trips with Globe Treks with fondness.
Richard, our hearts go out to you. Dorothy was a great ‘gal’
    Lovingly,
    Trevor & Marie

  4. Karen and J.D.,
Duke and I send our condolences and sympathy to you regarding the death of your mother, Dorothy. She contributed a great deal of good humor to my life–something everyone needs in successful living. She will be missed, yet thought of often.
Joyce Viola Dana and Joshua Duke Dana

  5. Dear Karen, J.D.
The Flaherty’s want to send you
    condolences regarding your Mom.
We remember she was a wonderful person, so full of life.

  6. May you find the courage to face tomorrow in the love that surrounds you today. At this time of sorrow may these truths sustain you…..your loved one will always be as close as a memory
and the God of all comfort is always as close as a prayer. It will be the little things that you will remember the quiet moments, the smiles, the laughter. And although it may seem hard right now, it will be the memory of these little things that help to push away the pain and bring the smiles back again. I have fought the fine fight, I have run the course to the finish, I have observed the faith.-2Timothy 4:7. As for me, I will lie down that I may sleep; I shall certainly awake, for Jehovah himself keeps supporting me. -Psalms 3:5

  7. I am sorry for your loss.
One thing I will remember about Mrs. Dorothy is her incredible hope. She never failed to smile and tell me how she couldn’t wait until she better again.
    She’s better now!
    Thinking of you today!
