Arden ~ E. David Foskey, Jr. died on Saturday, April 30, 2005 in a local hospital.
He was the son of the late Emmett David Foskey, Sr. and Irene Gillam Foskey. He was a member of the St. Barnabas Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Laura Murphey Foskey; one daughter; two sons; five step-children; six grandchildren; ten step-grandchildren and eleven step-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Charles Foskey of Chapel Hill and Donald Foskey of Atlanta.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday at St. Barnabas Catholic Church with Father Roger Arnsparger and Deacon Art Kingsley officiating.
A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday at Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian on Long Shoals Road with the family receiving friends following the service.
