Geneva Viola Jones, 81, formerly of 50 Kenpak Lane, Marshall, died Thursday, April 11,
2002, at a local nursing home.
A native of Robeson County, NC, she was a daughter of the late Orville and Justin Seay Jones. She worked for many years as a live-in
caretaker.
Survivors include four nephews.
Graveside services will be 10:00 am Monday at Green Hills Cemetery with the Rev. Terry
Duckworth officiating.
The family will receive friends from 7:00-8:00 pm Sunday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.

Every one at Elderberry loved Geneva she will certainly be missed. She was into all the activities I think her favorite thing was churing butter. She and the Admistrator liked to tell everyone they were sisters.
It was a pleasure to have Geneva at Elderberry. I was close to her and have many wonderful memories of her, we often talked and shared stories and laughs. She often talked of her family and Ms. Burns. I will miss her. I came by the funeral home but was unable to meet any of her
