George Frisbee, Jr., 84, of Asheville, died Wednesday, November 26, 2014. A native of Buncombe Co., he was a son of the late George Frisbee, Sr., and Eula McElrath Frisbee. He was also preceded in death by two sons. Mr. Frisbee worked for Asheville Transit. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Breedlove Frisbee; two daughters; one sister; and one brother. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2014, in the Patton Ave. chapel of Groce Funeral Home, with the Rev. Bill Higgins and the Rev. Johnny Tiller officiating. Interment will follow at the Union Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, prior to the service.

I am not sure how to express the deep and intense sadness i feel, I miss my dad, I wish he were still with us , but i also know he is at peace now and he is not suffering so in some ways this brings me peace. I just held your hand just the other day as you walked me down the aisle, I am so glad you were able and willing to do that for me . My heart is breaking , but I will help everyone and myself get through this dark hour. Love you FOREVER your lil SUSIE BELL

  2. I always called him Junior and always enjoyed hunting with Junior. I also enjoyed spending time with Bull Junior’s dog. Evelyn and I are glad we got to spend some time talking on the porch with you about a month ago. And may you rest in peace and know you will be remembered and loved forever. All of our love your brother and sister. Say hi to mom and dad. Love you.
