Dear Peggy and family, You have our deepest sympathy. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Just know that Guy is no longer suffering and that he will have a new body up in Heaven.Cherish your memories of Guy before he became ill. He was always a quiet and friendly man when ever we saw him. We still can see him when he was getting off work and driving by the house; he had the biggest smile on his face as he would throw up his hand as he passed by. Again our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Elmer,Ila & Debbie Parham, Earl & Shirley Clark & family

I spent a week with Guy and Peggy in the summer of 2002. In the summer of 2009, I stopped by to see them again on my way through Asheville. 10 years later, I told a coworker a story about Guy and Peggy. I’m thinking about both of them today all the way up here in Chicago. I did not know Guy well, nor Peggy, but we connected with each other in a true way. Enough, at least, to say that I miss them.
