Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
We will always remember Helen with fondness and joy. We thank God for the gift of the lady E.S. called a ‘queen!’
Our sincerest sympathy to E.S. and Helen’s family. We remember Helen with love and special memories. Our prayers are with you.
In 1980 my wife Linda & I traveled through England, staying at Bed & Breakfasts. While on this trip, we met and befriended a couple from Kirkby Lonsdale, England and
invited them to visit us in the U.S. the next year. We found out that they were not
married but living together.
To our surprise, they took us up on our offer to visit, and
at the end of their one month visit, we talked them into getting married. We assured them that our pastor, Rev. Morgan would perform the ceremony. Miraculously, we
were able to get their marriage license and talk
Rev. Morgan into presiding over the wedding while Helen played the organ. It was just the 6 of us in the church at Newbridge Baptist!
Our friends were so happy and have never forgotten the kindness that Helen & Rev.
Morgan showed them that day.
Our Dear Aunt Helen,
Everyone who knew her, loved her. Her grace and charm
were admired by us all. We loved her so much and will miss
her even more. Uncle E.S. I send to you my love and prayers.
Love,
Your Great Niece,
Cindi
