Aunt Helen was one of the most delightful people whom I knew. Full of love and life, she was a good example of a Christian wife and mother as Proverbs 31 describes those roles.
As were many others, we were shocked and saddened to hear of Helen’s sudden passing. Both she and Tom made such a lasting impression on our church and our lives that we have been pleased to stay in touch over the 37 years since they left Zebulon. We plan to be with you tomorrow.

Dear Dabneys, Our paths crossed way back there when we were raising our litle ones and lived on White Pine. Our children had great times together and birthday parties, also. and finally we both moved into a bit larger house and didn’t see each other as much. But I have many great memories of you and Tom and the children. The picture in the paper is so great and just like your lovely smile. To each of the children I want to say I am sorry and you will miss her forever. And to Big Tom — time does heal bit by bit. Paul has been gone for 25 or more years and I have been living in a condo at Cedarwood ever since. I will be praying for you and loving each one. Thank you for coming to my 80th birthday party! HElen and I were about the same age! God bless you all. I love you!
Dear Tom, Rhonda and Family:
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. We are sorry for your loss.
With love,
John, Sam, Tommy, Bill, Bill, Leslie, Trish, Andrea and Amy
