Helen T. Norman
Arden- Helen Therese Norman, 97, of Arden, died Friday, March 2, 2012 at Universal Health Care Center.
A native of Brooklyn, NY, she was a daughter of the late John and Helen Cooke Norman. She was also preceded in death by six siblings.
Helen is survived by her sister, Madeleine Dempsey-Rymar of Arden as well as several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at St. Barnabas Catholic Church with Father Adrian Porras officiating. Entombment will follow at Shepherd Memorial Park Mausoleum.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial contribution in Helen's memory to St. Barnabas Roman Catholic Church, 109 Crescent Hill Road, Arden, NC 28704.

This was one tough Lady. Helen avoided Doctors the better part of her life, she was memorable.
To Helen’s family,
We have enjoyed living at Crescent View with Helen and we will miss her very much. We remember fondly how helpful she was in making pillows for residents and making alterations for us, and we were recipients of her kindness.
