Iris Merle Skinner Smith, 79, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2023 at TerraBella Assisted Living in Hendersonville.
Mrs. Smith was born in Kinston, NC to the late Palmer and Merlon Heath Skinner. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Van Cooper Smith.
Iris was an excellent wife and mother and she loved deer hunting and cooking. She is survived by her only daughter, Lorraine Smith Pressley and her husband Michael.
