Pensacola, FL - Jack Edgar Banks, 64, died Monday, April 19, 1999 in Pensacola, Florida.
A native of Buncombe County, he was the son of the late Merritt and Ethel Elizabeth Alexander Banks and husband of the late Mary Lee Conner Banks, who died in 1978.
He is survived by a daughter, Denise Pace of Century, FL; a son, Duane L. Banks of Pensacola; four grandchildren, Steven Pace, Rachel Pace, Rannon Pace and Geory Banks and a brother, Roy Banks of West Asheville.
Graveside services will be held at 2 pm Sunday in the Avery’s Creek Christian Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2 until 4 pm Saturday at Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian.
