Jackie Darlene Wooten Kee, 66, of Weaverville, passed away Thursday, July 6, 2023 at Mission Hospital.
A native of Buncombe Co., Jackie was a daughter of the late Jacob Alfred Wooten and Nannie Mae Plemmons Wooten.
Jackie was a wonderful companion, mother and grandmother, and she will be greatly missed.
Surviving are her daughters, Tracy Plemmons (Mickey McMahan), Lisa Willis and April Plemmons; common-law husband, Wayne Holbeck; grandchildren, Jacob McMahan, Anthony Aiken, Samiya Willis, Makiya Lewis, Trayona McDaniel and Adriana McDaniel; and brothers, Larry, Jerry and Junior Wooten.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 17 at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.
A graveside service will follow at 2:30 p.m. on Monday at Lewis Memorial Park.
