  2. We are sorry for your loss. Jim and my father, Glenn Creasman, were good friends at Enka. Jim was a wonderful person to everyone he met.

  3. My condloences go out to Jim’s family. Jim was my mentor when I was a teenager and was always there for me and my family. Jim was a father figure for me and even taught me how to drive and took me to get my drivers license when I was sixteen. I babysat for Jim and Thelma and respected both very much. I am so sorry for your loss.

  4. I enjoyed taking care of Mr.Godfrey. I will miss him greatly. Our hearts go out to his family. They will be in our prays. We loved him.

  5. I enjoyed taking care of Mr.Godfrey. I will miss him greatly. Our hearts go out to his family. They will be in our prayers. We loved him.

  6. We are very sorry to learn of the loss of Mr Godfrey. We always enjoyed seeing him, as he often stopped by our bait shop on his way to Fontana. My husband was glad to tie doll flies to his specifications. Our sympathy to the entire family.

  7. To All the Godfrey Family. Keep your memories close to your heart. I will always treasure the memories of the weekends that Jeff invited us to Greasy Branch. I can still picture the little cabin and Jim excited to see some company for the weekend. He called me the biscuit maker. My biscuits and Jim’s gravy. Didn’t get any better then that. You all will miss your dad very much. I pray you will find comfort in knowing that he is resting peacefully. God Bless you all. You are in my thoughts and my prayers.

    Nancy, Justin and Whitney

  8. Our condolences to all of Jim’s family. Jim’s wonderful smile greeting the workers at the main gate at Enka, will be a warm memory for me. Your family will be in our thoughts and prayer.
    Veronica & Leonard Crook

  9. We will miss Jim greatly. Living across from his BC cabin, we have always liked seeing him there to go fishing and talking with us about the old times. Godspeed, Jim.

  10. I remember your Dad years ago when we were all in school. My Dad, Frank Bowman worked with him for years at Enka. I know you will miss him! My sincerest sympathy and prayers.

  11. To Jeremy Godfrey & Family,
Sorry for your loss. Though it’s hard to let go, good memories can always stay. Grandparents hold a special place in our hearts. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time.

  12. When mama and daddy died, your support was very important for us three girls. If I can repay any of that I would do so.
Even though they have been gone for 5+ yrs, my memories of them still tug at my heart and I still feel the emptiness of where they should be.
I can’t wait for heaven! I want all of us to see our loved ones.

  13. Jim, Melody & Family:
We are very sorry to hear of your father’s passing, our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. May God ease the pain of your loss and fill each of you with His love and strength during this difficult time.
