Jim G. McFee

Mr. McFee was born in Buncombe County and was a son of the late Glenn and Rhetta Henson McFee. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Susan Ann McFee, in 1986. He retired in 1966 as a Master Sergeant of the US Air Force after 23 years service, having served during WWII, the Korean Conflict, and Viet Nam. He was also retired as director of E-Sysem, Inc. of Greenville, TX.

He is survived by his wife Lucy Ushihara McFee; a sister Hilda Parker of Candler; and a brother-in-law Sunji Ushihara of New York, New York.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 am Monday at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with a detachment from Shaw Air Force Base providing full military honors.

His family will receive friends from 7-8:00 pm Sunday at Groce Funeral Home.
