It is with great sorrow that I must read of the passing of John but a great joy of having known and shared his friendship and laughter with him and his family. John was a personal friend of my dad, Rev. Billy Clinard when he served at Morning Star United Methodist Church in Canton and helped him set up the Yokefellow Prison Ministry at Hazelwood. John helped open the door to allow this program to happen and continue for many years. We always looked forward to the Dotson family singing at our church and until this day when certain songs are sang we say it sounds like one the Dotson’s would sing. The whole family is special to us and are in our thoughts and prayers. We will never forget you all.
Mae and family,
All of you are in our prayers. God Bless and keep you.
Sorry for your loss. It is good to know in a time of grief that many thoughts are with you and that even Jesus thoughts are tuned to your loss.
‘This is the will of him that sent me, that I should lose nothing out of all that he has given me but that I should resurrect it at the last day.’ John 6:39
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Sorry about John.Really injoyed working with him at Dept of Corrections.
Lost Jim last year, so I know the grief you feel.
Teresa, I am sorry to have just this morning read of the passing of your father. Know that you and your family are in my prayers.
