John S. Harwood

John S. Harwood, 45, of 25 Forrest Lane, Candler, died Thursday, December 3, 1998, at his home.
He was a native of Buncombe County, was a self-employed electrician, and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church.
He is survived by his parents, Roy L. and Irene Huffman Harwood; a son, Johnathan Evin Harwood, who makes his home with his mother, Mary Harwood; a sister, Lee H. Gosnell; and a brother, Philip J.Harwood.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Sunday at Groce Funeral Home with the Revs. Tommy Hart and C.D. Cannon officiating. Burial will be at Pisgah View Memorial Park.
His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
