‘Little Joe’ was a cousin, I am sorry to hear of his passing. The family are in my thoughts and prayers.
Deepest condolences to you Stephanie and all of Joe’s family and loved ones. Let us honor his life and bless his good spirit.
I just learned of Joe’s passing. We worked as election judges for precinct 119 at the Skyland Fire Department. Those of us who worked with him appreciated his commitment and leadership. We shared much during those long hours on voting days. He will be missed. Stephanie, I will keep you and the family in my thoughts and prayers.

your family with peace and comfort during this difficult time.
