He is Gone
You can shed tears that he is gone,
Or you can smile because he lived,
You can close your eyes and pray that he will come back,
Or you can open your eyes and see all that he has left.
Your heart can be empty because you can’t see him
Or you can be full of the love that you shared,
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
You can remember him and only that he is gone
Or you can cherish his memory and let it live on,
You can cry and close your mind be empty and turn your back,
Or you can do what he would want: smile, open your eyes, love and go on.

Larry will be missed for now, but I believe we all will be with him again.
Dear Karen and Sam,
May your steadfast Christian Faith help you get through these next days. Larry was a priviledge to know all these years (since Carolina Days) and call my ‘Friend’. Know that he is with God.
Karen and Sam-
Our condolences and prayers to you. I remember going to Added Dimensions when I was little to get suits/clothes for Dad and ‘Uncle Larry’ being there to help us. He and Ms. Zenith always came to our house on Christmas night to share the evening with us and I remember what a great singer he was.
Wishing you strength and peace in the days to come.

In God’s book of artists, Larry’s name is on the first page! He will be missed here, but his talents will grace the angels!
Karen and Sam we are so sorry for your loss. Growing up with Larry was an adventure. When the babies came along he and Zenith were always there enjoying the kids. He certainly enjoyed buying those wild toys for the kids. He is certainly entertaining those angels and saints with his beautiful voice. Our love, thought and prayers are with you. Dear Karen and Sam,
Shirley said it best with her poem. We have been with you and Larry in spirit all these days. We will continue to be with you as you move into a new walk with God. My fondest memories are Larry’s sparkle in his eyes and wonderful smile. Oh, what fun we had planning and working on Liturgical art activities together. We look forward to meeting again when the time is right. Our prayers and love are with you.
Karen & Sam: We will all miss Larry so much, his laugh, his humor, his talents and his zest for life.
‘When the Storms of Life are raging, Stand by me. When the world is tossing me like a ship across the sea, thou who rulest wind and water stand by me.
In the midst of tribulation, stand by me… Thou who never lost a battle stand by me.’
All our love,
Jane and Andy
Karen and Sam,
I join with so many others who knew Uncle Larry in offering my deepest sympathy on his passing.
Though I had not seen him in a while, I remember him for his kindness, jovial spirit, and of course, his beautiful voice.
I have made a contribution to the American Cancer Society in honor of him and his brave fight.
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Dear Karen and Sam,
John and I were saddened to learn of Larry’s death. He will be missed by all who knew him. May God’s Love, Presence, and Promises give you comfort and Peace.
Karen, we were so sorry to hear of Larry death. While I was Pastor of Mt. Hermon for 9 years, Larry was always willing to do anything I ask him. He was a great Music Leather for our congregation, and one of my closes friend. I think of him every year on the week before Palm Sunday, as he would give me a coat or suit from his store. I had to promise to wear it on Palm Sunday as he believed that one should wear the new cloths on Palm Sunday to go with Jesus during Holy Week.
May God Bless you Karen and Family!
