  1. Dear Barbara and Family,
I was your Mother’s neighbor when I lived at Williamsburg Village Apartments in Whiteville and just wanted to tell you how sorry I was to hear of Mrs. Jolly’s death. She was a fine lady and a wonderful neighbor. I remember fondly our friendship and particularly her talent for painting. I am so glad our paths crossed. I know you will miss her. I’m glad to have known her.

    Fondly,
    Brenda Stansbury

  2. I was also one of Mrs. Jolly’s neighbors. I shall never forget her enthusiasm for organic gardening, and her enthusiasm for art, especially gourd painting which she excelled at. I have one of her works here with me in Portland Oregon, and it excites frequent comments. Mrs. Jolly was a wonderful person and will be missed

  3. Mrs. Jolly was a good friend of my Mother’s. We often talked about natural health and art. She was a vital and interesting person with a tremendous force of personality.

  4. Dear Barbara,
So sorry to hear about your mother, she was such a lovely woman and as long as she lived down here always had time to talk to you, when she saw you. I lost my mother, (Lela S. Hill) in 1991 and it is something you never completely get over. God Bless You and Your Family.
    Barbara L. Hill-Nobles

  5. Dear Barbara I can’t seem to find the right words to say. Just wanted to let you know she was very special to me, and I will miss her at the nursing home. Love Janet
